Conservation Landscape Certification Checklists
Please fill and then save your checklist with your name in the title and send as an email attachment to rebecca@knox-lincoln.org. You may also print and mail the checklist to our office (893 West St Ste 103, Rockport, ME, 04856). We will contact you to schedule a visit to your property to review your checklist with you.
If you are not able to complete all the checklist criteria right away, we can also visit and assist you in completing the checklist and to advise you on getting started.
One visit is free and additional visits are available at our standard technical service rate.
A digital form that you can fill out on your smartphone on the app Survey 123 is also available. Please contact us to use the Survey 123 app to do your checklist.

This checklist is for all properties used for a residence, public access or school. If the property has 2-5 acres of woodlands, please also submit the Forested Lands checklist with this checklist.
